3645501 - Tile Option is Greyed Out When Adding Content to Workpage

• Unable to add a 'Tile' content to a section that already contains a widget.
• The option to add a 'Tile' widget is greyed out in sections that already have widgets.
• The 'Tile' widget option only becomes available after adding a new section, such as a freestyle section.
