3645511 - Error: Mapping not configured between ANXXXXXXX and ANXXXXXXX

Symptom

I configured my supplier project in Managed Gateway and now I'm sending a document like an invoice or an order confirmation via EDI X12 to my buyer, but the document appears failed in the Transaction Tracker as EDI_Transaction document type with error:

Mapping not configured between ANXXXXXXX and ANXXXXXXX in the project for the ASC-X12-004010-XYZ.. Suggested Action : Please Configure Data Maps for Incoming and Outgoing transactions in Integration Portal -> Project -> Mappings.For configuration instructions refer to Integration Portal -> Resources -> Implementation Guides -> User Guide ->Cloud Integration Portal Guide-> Configuring an Ariba cloud integration project.Please contact support with ErrorCode:CIG-PLT-00611

ANXXXXXXX represents the ANID of the buyer and supplier.

...XYZ represents the EDI X12 document type that is currently failing (e.g. 810, 850, etc.).
