Symptom

In application 'Manage Maintenance Notifications and Orders' (F4604) and 'Find Maintenance Notifications' (F2071), when select a notification to create order. Click 'Create Orders' option shows entry '(None)' in Maintenance Order Type dropdown in the Fiori Apps .
