3645573 - Performance Form Cannot be routed to next step - The Routing Page shows empty

• Performance Form is not routing and gets stuck on the "Send to Next Step" screen when the "Send to Next Step" button is clicked.
• No error messages appear during the process but the "Send to Next Step" page is empty.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Login to instance and open the performance Form.
2. Try to send the form to next step by clicking on the "Send to Next Step" button.
3. Notice that the form does not move to next Step and instead gets stuck on the "Send to Next Step" screen when the "Send to Next Step" button is clicked.

The issue occurs when the next recipient's display name contains double quotation marks (Example next step recipient name is maintained as - Christine "Jason" Dolan ) , which disrupts the routing process.

Enable the "Enable New Confirmation Experience for Sending Forms" option in the Form Template Settings. This setting applies to live forms and resolves the issue caused by double quotation marks in the recipient's display name.
