Symptom

When checking the program logs of each job executed in the AMC Planning Calendar in a Japanese environment on both the OS and ASE server, Japanese messages are displayed as "??".

This issue occurs across all of the categories listed below.

  • BALDR Collecters
  • DBA Tasks
  • ATM
  • External Action
