3645603 - There is no available new hire to selected from Mass Complete My New Hire Tasks - Onboarding

Unable to select any candidate for the Mass Complete My New Hire Tasks despite the presence of required candidates.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Proxy as New Hire Task responsible user;
2. Navigate to the onboarding homepage dropdown menu and select "Onboarding".
3. Choose a candidate and click on one New Hire Task, for example, "Assign a Buddy to New Hires" task.
4. Click "Mass Complete". Observe that no available candidates can be selected, even though required candidates are available.

• Configuration issue related to permissions for the onboarding tasks.

Ensure the New Hire Task responsible user permission role has the following permissions:

• Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions -> Process User Task view/edit permission.
• Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions -> New Hire Task Summary view/edit permission.
• Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions -> OnboardingInfo view/edit permission.
