3645608 - 'Termination Reason' Value Not Visible On Latest People Profile Despite Permissions

• When viewing an employee's 'Employment Details' portlet and reviewing the 'Termination Details' section, the 'Termination Reason' field is visible but is not populated.
• If this same user is viewed by an Admin / Super Admin, the 'Termination Reason' value can be seen accordingly.

1. Log into environment.
2. Go to the profile of someone who is terminated, either past, current or future-dated.
3. Go to their 'Employment Details' card and see the 'Termination Details' section.
4. See the 'Termination Reason' field is visible, but it is empty.
5. Proxy as an Admin and view the same user, and the field is visible and populated as expected.

Change in behaviour of field's permission logic.

• When using the Legacy People Profile, the only permissions needed to view the 'Termination Reason' value were 'Employment Details MSS (View)', to see the Employment Details portlet, and 'Termination Date (View)', to see the Termination Date field which is tied to the Termination Reason. However, with the move to the Latest People Profile, it is now also required to have 'Job Information Actions (View)' and 'Job Information Event Reason (View)' (jobInfo-eventReason) permissions.
• This is because 'Termination Reason' is not a permissionable field on its own, its value is pulled from the 'Job Information Event Reason' value related to the Termination record. As such, permission to the 'Job Information' portlet and the 'Event Reason' field within this portlet need to be granted. The 'Event Reason' permission can be found specifically in 'Manage Permission Roles' > 'Employee Central Effective-Dated Entities' > 'Job Information' > 'Event Reason'.
• This behaviour was introduced in ECT-254849, as we have had customer requests for a user to be able to view someone’s Termination Details but not see the reason the employee was terminated. As such, this field's visibility is now permissioned in this way.
