No users have been identified as Alumni despite configuring the Alumni job in Provisioning and creating the business rule to initiate Alumni Access.

1. Confirm that the Alumni Experience is set up properly.
2. Configure the Alumni job in Provisioning and create the InitiateAlumniExperience business rule to initiate Alumni Access.
3. Terminated one employee from Employee Center.
4. Observe that the user isn't identified as Alumni.

InitiateAlumniExperience business rule was skipped.

1. Update process flows for Onboarding and Offboarding in the "Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding" page.
2. Perform a new Offboarding process and monitor if the Alumni process is triggered.
