3645640 - How to review additional data provided by candidate during the Final Data Review step - Onboarding

• Responsible users or assignees in the "Final Data Review" step can only view data from the "New Hire Data Review" and "Personal Data Collection" steps.
• Data from the "Additional Data Collection" step is not visible during the "Final Data Review" step.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to the "Final Data Review" step in the onboarding module.
2. Attempt to view data collected during the "Additional Data Collection" step.
3. Observe that only data from the "New Hire Data Review" and "Personal Data Collection" steps is available for review.

• The behavior is expected as per product design. The "Final Data Review" step retrieves information only from the "Personal Data Collection" step.
