You would like to request to change the data center from Germany to USA.

Resolution
The Data Center determined based on your contract is EU/Frankfurt, when the EUDP flag is enabled for a customer, we are unable to process the request because the tenant must reside in a Data Center located within Europe.
So changing the Data Center location to US won’t be possible due to your contract, at least until the EUDP flag is active.
