Symptom

The template PROC_ABOUT_TO_EXPIRE_CTR is not found in the app Manage Situation Types.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the app Manage Situation Types.
  2. Search for the Situation Template ID: PROC_ABOUT_TO_EXPIRE_CTR.

Cause

It is a standard behavior that the template PROC_ABOUT_TO_EXPIRE_CTR is available in the app Manage Situation Types - Extended (Fiori ID: F5437) and not in the app Manage Situation Types (Fiori ID: F2947).

Resolution

  • Use the app Manage Situation Types - Extended (Fiori ID: F5437) to access the template PROC_ABOUT_TO_EXPIRE_CTR.
  • Ensure that the role SAP_BR_BPC_EXPERT is assigned to the business user.
