3645761 - Timeout issue when completing valuation rule for contract - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

  • When attempting to complete a valuation rule in the "Valuation Management" app, the system times out.
  • HTTP error 500 connection timeout occurs.
  • The valuation rule remains in an incomplete status.

OR

  • When attempting to create a Valuation rule via API_REAL_ESTATE_CONTRACT where REValuationStatus = 'C' the API call hangs and times out.
  • The valuation rule is not created for the contract.
