3645764 - Interview timestamp appears as long numeric value in downloaded document - Recruiting Management

• When downloading a document using the Redesigned Applicant Management Workbench, the interview timestamp appears as a single long numeric value instead of the expected date and time format.
• This issue occurs specifically when the document is downloaded in German language.

SAP SucessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to the job requisition in the application.
2. Add interviewers, date, and time in the "Activity" tab if no interviewer is set.
3. Select the checkbox of the applicant and choose the "Documents" option.
4. Download the document.
5. Interview timestamp is long numeric value.

The issue is caused by a bug in the system, where the interview timestamp is not formatted correctly in the downloaded document when the language is set to German.

The issue has been fixed by the engineering team as part of the code correction referenced in Jira ID [RCM-154312].

The fix will be released in the preview environment as part of the 2H2025 release.
