3645802 - Change file naming convention for correspondence type in Create Correspondence app

The attachment file name for the "Create Correspondence" app does not follow a consistent or structured format while sending via email.

1. Open the "Create Correspondence" app.
2. Generate an email with an attachment.
3. Observe that the file name of the attachment does not follow a structured or consistent naming convention.
