3645802 - Change file naming convention for correspondence type in Create Correspondence app

• The attachment file name in the Create Correspondence app does not follow a consistent or structured format when sent via email.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Create Correspondence app.
2. Generate an email with an attachment.
3. Observe that the file name of the attachment does not follow a structured or consistent naming convention.

1. Refer to the SAP Help Portal section titled "Custom Logic in App Extensibility: Create Correspondence" for more information: Custom Logic in App Extensibility: Create Correspondence.
2. Utilize the BADI FI_CORRESPONDENCE_SET_ATTCH_NM to modify the names of email attachments in email correspondence created within the SAP Fiori apps Create Correspondence, Schedule A/R Jobs, and Schedule A/P Jobs.

Note: This functionality is currently unavailable for SAP21 and is scheduled to be included in the upcoming Hotfix Collection 2508, expected to be deployed on 1st September 2025.
