Symptom

  • The approver is not receiving the 'Approve' option in their inbox for Service Entry Sheets (SES) workflows. Instead, they are presented with 'Release' and 'Reject' options.
  • The available options in the inbox include Release, Reject, Forward, Suspend, Claim, Show Log and Show Details, but the 'Approve' option is missing.
