3645869 - Restricting target criteria for permission roles the options IN and NOT IN are not showing

Symptom

While restricting target criteria under a permission role the IN or NOT IN options are not showing

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the instance
  2. Go to Manage Permission Roles
  3. Select any permission role
  4. Click on Add Role Assignments
  5. Go to Define Target Criteria
  6. Select one permission that you want to edit like Cost center or any other
  7. Restrict target criteria to select "Entity" see that there is no in or not in
  8. If you select any other value, the option appears

Cause

Thi issue was identified by the egineering team

Resolution

This is an issue we have identified, and we plan to fix it via patch, the deployment schedule for the 2505 patch is as follows:

Preview: 9-Sep-2025 and  Production: 11-Sep-2025
