3645883 - Unable to Create Blank Label in Production Task

Unable to create label from production task without Production Order ID and Production Lot ID.

While creating the label, below are the observations:

• The Production Order ID field is editable, and we are able to modify or even remove its value.
• However, the Production Lot ID field is non-editable and remains fixed.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Production Control Work Center.
2. Select the Task Control view.
3. Search for a production task that has not been started.
4. Select the production task and click the "Confirm" button.
5. Click the "New Labels" button to open a new tab for label creation.
6. Create a label for the output product.
7. Use the "Add Row" button to create labels for input products.
8. Under the Production Information tab, observe that the Production Order ID is editable, but the Production Lot ID is un- editable.

• The Production Order is editable for the purpose of Traceability and automation.
• The Production Lot ID is un-editable as Output product is manufactured in this Production Lot.

• This is the system behavior.
