3645892 - notes section in promotions is not usable

The Notes section in the Overview tab of promotions cannot be used to enter any text.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Navigate to the work center Sales Campaigns > Promotions.
2. Open any promotion.
3. In the Overview tab, locate the Notes section.
4. Attempt to enter notes in the Notes section.

This section was created in the past to be potentially used in a future release; it has technical dependencies to other sections and objects, however, as of now, it is not designed for use in promotions.

1. The Notes section in promotions is not functional by design.
2. If required, create a KUT (Key User Tool) field to serve the purpose of adding notes.
3. Hide the Notes section from the adaptation settings to avoid confusion.
