3645909 - Application ID is missing in the redesigned applicant workbench - Recruiting Management

The Application ID is missing in the redesigned applicant workbench, even though it has been correctly configured and permissioned within the Job Requisition template, whereas it appears correctly in legacy workbench.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Select the Job Requisition
3. Ensure New Applicant Management Experience is disabled
4. Select affected candidate
5. Confirm that the Application ID appears.
6. Now enable New Applicant Management Experience
7. Select the affected candidate again.
8. confirm that Application ID does not appear
9. Disable New Applicant Management Experience
10. Select the affected candidate again
11. Notice that the Application ID no longer appears.

Any Overlapping Permissions configurations in job requisition xml need to be standalone. So a field permissioned for certain status and Operator should only be given once. If there are two permission blocks for the same status and operator it will cause issues.

To resolve the issue, the permissions should not be overlapping and be given once in the job requisition xml template.
