Symptom

  • After all questionnaires are answered and approved in the Process Qualification, the next step for the decision maker does not appear.
  • The issue occurs intermittently and is not reproducible in test environments.
  • The qualification status remains "In Progress" despite all tasks and questionnaires being completed and approved.
