3645993 - DB6: SQL30082N Security processing failed with reason "24" ("USERNAMEAND/OR PASSWORD INVALID") using SSFS (Secure Storage File System)

Symptom

SAP Application server cannot connect to the Database.

2EETW169 no connect possible: "DBMS = DB6                              --- DB2DBDFT = '<SID>'" 

The system is using SSFS(Secure Storage File System) and not the dscdb6.conf password file for the sap connect user access.

SAPup fails with the error  DbSlConnectDB6: can't find user 'sap<SID>' in '/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/dscdb6.conf'  

The /SUM/abap/log indicates that SSFS is used
