3646013 - Actions button not showing on service order

Symptom

It's not possible to edit a service order because when entering the document, using the app 'Manager Service Orders', the actions buttons (e.g. 'Edit', 'Create Follow Up') are not visible on the screen.

Also, when trying to create a new service order, the error "You are not authorized to create a service order" shows.
