3646031 - Syntax error received when selecting a container in Replication Flows for SLT source systems

Symptom

Following error occurs when creating a new Replication Flow on SAP Datasphere for SLT source systems. After clicking on "Select Source Container" below error is received:

Error:

Failed to fetch the data. Error in getDisConnectionChildren. Failed to get container children for /. Cause 0: request failed: rc=1, msg="Message: Syntax error in program CL_LTODP_RODPS_FACADE=========CP .\nCode: SYNTAX_ERROR" Code: 99999

The connection type is "SAP ABAP".

Implement the latest version 6 of SAP Note 3599368 - Data Integration ABAP (DMIS 2011 / DMIS 2018 / S/4 HANA) - Part 2: Add a new sequence number column to ODP objects. Follow the post-implementation steps as described in the Note.
