3646044 - Brazil CIAP - How to cancel CIAP records that were retired

Symptom

  • It is not possible to Cancel a retired CIAP record (change its status from OT to CA) by standard.
  • You try to use the Cancel Retirement button to revert the retirement of a CIAP record and the error message "There are no retirements to be cancelled" (CIAP078) is shown.
  • The CIAP record was accounted after the retirement.
