3646064 - ICM HTTP Log Handler (icm/HTTP/logging_X) is not initializing

The ICM HTTP log handler (parameter icm/HTTP/logging_X) was configured.

However, the corresponding log file is not being created.

Another symptom is that the transaction SETD shows the error message "Error reading profile parameter icm/HTTP/logging".

When checking the ICM trace file (dev_icm), it is possible to identify that the parameter was not activated:
