3646065 - QPR4 - Abnormal behavior when processing sample drawing procedures

Symptom

  • In transaction QPR4, when two users are working on the same sample drawing procedure, the second user needs to press the 'Enter' key as many times as the number of samples in the sample drawing number (e.g., 100 samples require 100 presses).
  • End user expectation is that the transaction should exit upon the first click of the 'Continue' icon instead of requiring multiple clicks.
  • Error message displayed: QY 009 ("Phys. sample X is already being processed by user USER").
