Symptom
- Error message: "E-Verify encountered data errors. Please contact Technical Support with the following error details: CaseCreatorPhoneNumber: The field CaseCreatorPhoneNumber must match the regular expression '^\\d\{10\}'."
- Submission of E-Verify case is blocked due to the mismatch.

Resolution
Actually CaseCreatorPhoneNumber is the Submitter’s Phone Number under Compliance Settings >> E-Verify Configuration.
- Navigate to Compliance Settings >> E-Verify Configuration.
- Update the Submitter’s Phone Number field to a 10-digit numeric format.
- Refresh the OData metadata cache.
- Resubmit the E-Verify case.
