When creating a billing document using an outbound delivery as reference, the freight condition types, which include YBHD and FPA1 and FIN1, are not statistical in billing document.

Although these condition types have already been added in the pricing procedure against the billing document and marked as statistical.

1. Add the related freight condition type in the outbound delivery.
2. Create billing document using the outbound delivery as reference.
3. Check the statistical status of the freight conditions in billing document.

The system behaves as designed.

In general, the pricing procedure of outbound delivery is YBDEL0.

The freight condition types in billing document come from outbound delivery, and these condition types are marked as non-statistics in pricing procedure YBDEL0.

The statistics status of the condition types in YBDEL0 cannot be modified.
