3646148 - The Download All button downloads only one document on Apple Devices - Onboarding

Symptom

When using Apple Device e.g i-phone , the button labeled "Download All" is not available for onbordee after completion of e-signature task.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. On a Apple device e.g I-phone, open any browser.
  2. Login as the Onboardee.
  3. Access the "Complete e-Signature" task.
  4. "Download All" button is not available.

Cause

The cause of the issue is currently unknown.

Resolution

Engineering have removed the "Download All" button from iOS devices as "Download All" is not supported in iOS.
