3646206 - Issue with Joule Greeting: Missing Username in Welcome Message

• Joule has been embedded into a product, such as S4/HANA Private Cloud.
  
  
• Both Joule and S4/HANA Private Cloud are configured with completely same IAS IDP configuration settings (with the same domain, the same corporate IDP and same attributes) to implement SSO.
  
  
• Upon logging into Joule through the IAS IDP, users are experiencing an issue where the greeting message fails to display the username.
  
  
• Instead of the expected "Hello, [Username]" message, Joule only displays "Hello ," with a blank space where the username should be.
  
  
• Illustrated in the images below, the left image depicts the current behavior, while the right image shows the anticipated behavior with the correct username included.
