3646263 - How to switch an EWM-managed storage location to IM-managed

For stocks managed at EWM level, there is a requirement to manage the stock at the IM level while reusing the existing EWM-managed storage location.  
The current EWM-managed storage location needs to be switched to IM-managed.

Switching the EWM-managed storage locations to IM-managed is not supported in the public cloud system.

Once a storage location has been assigned to a warehouse, it cannot be unassigned anymore. 
Therefore, it is not possible to reassign an existing EWM-managed storage location to IM-managed. 
Instead, create a new storage location for IM management and transfer the stock from the old storage location to the new one.
