Symptom

  • When submitting a 2FA code in a Customer Data Cloud (CDC) Screen-Set, the user sees a loading spinner and the process does not complete.

  • The browser console shows an error similar to:

TypeError: s is not a function  
at S.performSubmit (gigya.services.plugins.base.min.js)
