3646387 - User is not able to edit data of their direct report via Employee Central Quick Action

• User is not able to edit data of their direct report via Employee Central Quick Action for the future.
• They receive an error that they do not have permission to make the change, however they do.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Proxy as the effected user. 
2. Try to make a change to a Direct report via Employee Central Quick Action.
3. Receive error "No data available or you do not have the necessary permission".

• There is a future dated record that the user cannot see blocking the system from making a change after it via quick action. 
• User does not have permission to see future dated records. 

• Provide the permission to see future dated records to the user. 
• The permission is "Future Dated Transaction Alerts" under "Employee Data".
