Talent Hybrid Integration is only compatible with ONB 1.0, not with ONB 2.0.
In face of Community - Onboarding 1.0 Transformation and Deprecation Announcement, from backend side (PA-SFI-TM)
* there will be no new developments / enhancements starting 01.01.2026
* Support can be provided only until 30.06.2026
for the Integration Scenario for Onboarding Data as a whole.
4. SOAP (SFAPI) not used any more / deprecated?
SOAP (SFAPI) is still valid.
* Employee Synchronization, for instance, is available in both versions, SOAP (SFAPI) and OData.
* Some parts of the integration, such as Recruiting, still use SOAP (SFAPI) only and are not available in OData.
5. Integration with SF EC or non-EC?
Talent Hybrid Integration operates with SuccessFactors non-EC.
