3646522 - Approval Workflow – Diagram set to publish automatically before approval is completed

• Diagram is published even though it is still in the approval route.

• Approvers have not yet approved the diagram.

• Approval workflow was expected to prevent publishing before approval.

• Go to Setup > Manage Approval Workflows > Diagram States.

• Check the state “In Progress”.

• Ensure it is not set to “Publish in Hub”.

• If the issue continues, open a support ticket and include:

  • The approval workflow URL (format: https://workflow-us.signavio.com/<companyid>/cases/case/<random_numbers>)

  • An export of the process in BPMN 2.0 XML format
