3646527 - E-signature step not triggering due to error "The signature role for field DocuSignDateSigned is not maintained" - Onboarding

• The e-signature step does not trigger in the onboarding process.
• Error Message in "Business Process" task in To-do list: "The signature role for field DocuSignDateSigned is not maintained."

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

A form that needs to be signed has not been properly configured with a signing role in "Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates".

1. Navigate to the "Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates" page
2. Locate the form
3. Click on the red "x" and maintain the signature role according to the designated signer for this form
4. Click "Done" to save the changes
5. "Business Process" task in To-do list > Find the candidate's record > Click the "Restart" button 
6. E-signature step will be re-triggered
