Symptom

Component installation/upgrade in the SPAM/SAINT gets errors in DDIC_ACTIVATION.

In the activation log SAPA<XXXX>.<SID>, Errors are found in the following pattern

|      |   Activate dependent view <view name>                                                                                              |
|      |   You do not have authorization for the database modification                                                                         |
|      |   View <view name> was not activated                                                                                               |
