3646591 - Brazil CIAP - Reverse Accounting at CIAP_ACCOUNTING can only reverse current or previous periods

Symptom

At transaction CIAP_ACCOUNTING, you can only reverse the accounting from the current or previous period.

For example, when selecting radio button 'Reverse Accounting', if the current period is 08.2025, the solution shows 07.2025 since the accounting from 08.2025 was not performed yet.
