3646621 - 'Matching Resources' shows nothing in Staffing Resource Requests app

In RM, resource manager sees nothing under 'Matching Resources' within a resource request in "Staffing Resource Requests" app.

SAP Project and Resource Management - Resource Management

1. In RM, go to "Staffing Resource Requests" app and navigate to the resource request.
2. Go to 'Matching Resources' tab.
3. Nothing is displayed.

One possible reason is that the candidate matching is based on the 'Processing Resource Organization' of the request, not the 'Requested Resource Organization'.

In SPRM-RM, the requested resource field currently serves only as an indication of the project manager’s preferred resource.
The resource organization on the resource request in SPRM-RM is derived from the delivery organization specified in the project demand.
If a resource from a different company is needed, the resource manager can change the requested resource organization before publishing the request.
Alternatively, the resource manager can forward the request to the appropriate resource organization after it is published using forward action in "Staffing Resource Requests" app.
