3646626 - Duplicate forms displayed under Manage Document Template Mapping - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Duplicate forms are displayed under "Manage Document Template Mapping".
  • Selecting one of the duplicate forms directs the user to the mapping of the form.
  • Duplicate forms are not displayed in the Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates
  2. Click on the mapping for the form.
  3. The system redirects to the Manage Document Template Mapping screen.
  4. Open the dropdown menu and observe duplicate values for each document template.

Cause

  • Two records are created for each document template.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Manage Data.
  2. Select "Document Generation Template".
  3. Identify the unwanted template.
  4. Click "Take actions".
  5. Choose "Permanently Delete Entry".
