Symptom

  • The Products tab in the Promotions section is blank.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Sales Campaign >  Promotions work center.
  2. Open the affected Promotion.
  3. Navigate to the Products tab.
  4. Observe that the Products tab is blank.

Resolution

The content of the Products tab will only appear if the field "Product Planning Basis" has a value.
