• Enable the "Override Global Brand Styles" option in the specific job layout.
• Customize the button background color and font color directly within the job layout settings.

If the "Apply now" button styles need to be applied globally across all job layouts:

• Disable the "Override Global Brand Styles" option in the specific job layout.
• Update the button background and text colors in Appearance -> Styles -> Global Styles -> Default Brand -> Primary Button -> change Button Background Color & Button Text Color.
