Symptom

We are sending Request For Quotation from ERP with custom extension ZARBCIG_REQOTE and see the document fails in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network as an XML-Envelope document with error:

Unable to determine DocumentType/DocumentStandard. Please verify if the payload complies with integration schemas and mandatory fields are passed.. Suggested Action : Please verify if the payload structure or namespace is in the agreed integration format.ErrorCode:CIG-PLT-05663
