3646920 - Error during Joule formation: "SAP Build Process Automation: The formation is only available for the 'build-default' subscription plan."

While running the Joule booster and during the creation of a Formation, it throws the following error:

Synchronization between Joule System das-application-ias and SAP Build Process Automation System 'aaa' has
failed.
- SAP Build Process Automation System  'aaa' returned a technical error for assignment with ID 'bbb':
"SAP Build Process Automation: The formation is only available for the 'build-default' subscription plan."
