Symptom
- Tasks are not being assigned to the "Employee HR" role during onboarding initiation.

- Tasks are instead being assigned to the hiring manager.

Reproducing the Issue
- Initiate onboarding manually and skip the review of new hire data as per the configuration.
- Update the Job Relationship during the "Provide Additional Data" step by selecting the "Employee HR" role and adding a user.
- Trigger onboarding and data collection tasks directly.
- Observe that tasks are assigned to the hiring manager instead of the "Employee HR" role.
Cause
The job relationship is not matching with the role selected in the responsible group configuration.
Resolution
- Verify the role assigned in the Job Relationship field.
- Ensure the same role is selected in the responsible group configuration (e.g., "Matrix Manager").
- Update the configuration to match the role between the Job Relationship field and the responsible group.
- Restart the onboarding process or test with a new candidate after making the changes.
- If the issue persists, refer to the engineering team for further investigation.
