3646988 - Logo Added via Adobe LiveCycle Designer is Not Visible in SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2

Symptom

Logo was added via Adobe LiveCycle Designer (ALD) but is not visible in preview inside SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2.

Environment

SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to settings.
  2. Enter Maintain form template view.
  3. Expand affected entity.
  4. Expand affected template.
  5. Click on preview button.
  6. Notice the logo is not visible.

Resolution

Forms service by Adobe is not able to resolve a URL via relative URL. For images it's required to follow the steps below:

  • embed them into the template
  • embed them into the data xml 
  • expose image via public api
