3647020 - Error After Pinning SAP Sales and Service Cloud App to MS Teams Menu

Symptom

When clicking on the SAP Sales and Service Cloud App Icon on the main menu of Microsoft Teams error is shown: 'Sorry, we were unable to contact this application'.

Environment

SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2

Resolution

Pinning is only supported for static tabs, SAP Sales and Service Cloud app uses configurable tabs. This means it's not possible to pin the SAP sales and service cloud v2 application to the MS teams bar.
