• Certain user could not access candidate application by the job requisitions listed in the Jobs Applied Portlet.
• The job requisitions listed in the Jobs Applied Portlet are missing hyperlink for certain user.

The user is not the recruiting operator defined in the corresponding job requisition.

Add the issued user as a recruiting operator in the corresponding job requisition.
