Missing the function to order measures in the table since the new table build experience.

The Edit Member Order feature is not yet available for new table build experience. 

Regarding ordering measures in new table build experience, the feature will be realized in the future and it should be covered by the drag & drop of measure tokens in the builder panel.

Currently as a workaround, the measure edit member order can be replaced by the newly released measure custom order.

Additionally, ODE edit member order is converted and preserved in the new table build experience as default measure order.
