• Collection specialist is seeing the collection worklist for customers to which the specialist is not assigned as a collection specialist.
• Collections settings to generate the collection worklist for a collection specialist.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the App Manage Collection Group.
2. Verify the assignment of processor to Collection Group.
3. Open the App Assign Collection Groups to Segment.
4. Confirm the assignment of the Collection Group to the Collection Segment.
5. Observe the collection worklist generated for the collection specialist for all customers assigned to the Collection Segment.

The worklist is generated due to the collection management settings defined in the App Manage Collection Groups and Assign Collection Groups to Segment.

Open the App Manage Collection Group.

• Verify the assignment of processor to Collection Group.
• Ensure that the processor assigned to the Collection Group is intended for the collection group.

Open the App Assign Collection Groups to Segment.

• Confirm the assignment of the Collection Group to the Collection Segment.
• Ensure that the Collection Group is correctly assigned to the intended Collection Segment.
